Dear Councilmember Koretz,

 

I am so excited that a developer has decided to take advantage of the Purple Line’s coming down Metro to build a walkable medical office building!  The thought of walking to the doctor, or taking Metro to the doctor, is something I have never been able to consider as an Angeleno.  The design is walkable and encourages sidewalk engagement, which is definitely not the vibe one gets right now walking toward the Big 5 with surface parking.  Please support this project and the future of Los Angeles as a walkable, transit-friendly city.
